Experience Dance

The following terms apply specifically to your use of Experience Dance:

Studio Management

• You must maintain accurate and up-to-date studio information
• You are responsible for managing staff access levels and permissions
• You must obtain appropriate agreements with your staff members regarding system usage
• Class schedules and descriptions must be accurate and regularly maintained

Student Data Management

• You must obtain appropriate consent from students or their legal guardians for data collection
• You are responsible for the accuracy of student information
• You must maintain appropriate security measures for accessing student data
• Student medical information must be handled according to applicable privacy laws
• You must promptly update or remove student information upon request

Payment Processing

• You agree to our payment processing partner’s terms of service
• You must maintain accurate billing information for your studio
• You are responsible for setting appropriate class and program fees
• You must handle refund requests according to your published policies
• Transaction fees and payment processing charges will be clearly disclosed

Communication

• You agree to receive service updates and essential communications
• You must maintain at least one active administrator email address
• You are responsible for communications sent to students through our platform
• Emergency contact information must be kept current

Data Backup and Security

• You should regularly review and verify your studio’s data
• We provide automated backups but recommend exporting critical data periodically
• You must maintain secure password practices for all accounts
• You must report any unauthorized access or security concerns promptly

Experience Dance reserves the right to modify these product-specific terms with appropriate notice to users. Continued use of the platform after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
